"BlazinAce - Doctor of Internal Combustion" (pbs)

It’s been a while since I last posted here, but you can blame the last two years of med school for that... anyways, last time around, back in mid 2015, I’d left my Tipo in a shop to fix the passenger side window, they went joyriding and busted the engine. Bad stuff. Between then and now, a lot of other stuff happened, not much of it good to be honest, but about a week or so ago, my old clunker went back to moving under its own power, So that’s at least a bit of good news. What’s more, since I had one engine down for repairs, I figured I’d take out the engine in my second Tipo, the one I bought for almost nothing due to “irrepairable engine damage”, and figured it was only a shot cylinder head. Everything else is fine. No cracked block, no snapped crank, no leaking piston rings, just some bent valves and ground camshafts, so that’s more good news.
Man, I missed that car...

and I’m hoping the joyriding pricks were dealt with in the correct manner; aka a kick in the crotch?

Ah well, you know how the law works, or rather doesn't, in messed up countries. They were dealt with, just not in a way I can properly share hahaha...

Gimme a year or so, and I might be able to double that hahaha... The other Tipo I bought a year ago was far less damaged than the previous owner supposed, so restoring it suddenly became a short to mid term project.

My Brazilian friend we’ve missed you.

Hahaha, I wouldn’t say that line with so much joy though. Brazil is not for amateurs, as Tom Jobim once said.

Yeah, I guess they would be approved over there. In short, I’m not filing a lawsuit because the shop and about 13 customer cars are no more...
